Camilla Lindstrom

Equine Optimiser

I have trained horses from a young age successfully up to elite level in several disciplines within equestrian sports such as race horses, Icelandic horses and eventing and Iberian horses both in Sweden and abroad for more than 20 years.

I have also been lucky enough to tame wild horses both in Australia and New Zealand. In my 20s I worked with rehabilitating injured sport horses and helped them get back on track for competitions with a team consisted of two Equine therapists who I have continued to work with for over 20 years.

I have worked long-term with my family's breeding business, which had great success in Swedish breeding for the last 25 years.

I realised early how little we know about our horses and therefore I strive to constantly develop and seek new knowledge in order to continue to offer my customers a high level of knowledge and stay up to date with the latest in research.

Lisa Allen

Equestrian Biomechanics & Fitness Specialist

From a young age, Lisa has championed equestrian welfare and performance as core principles in her life and career.

Having ridden from an early age with Killultagh Pony Club and later working as a full-time vet, she progressed through the levels of Eventing, earning a place on the long list for the Irish Eventing Team ahead of the European Championships.

Lisa is passionate about enhancing horse welfare and performance - both in the competition arena and at home - through education and increased awareness.

Her interest in rider asymmetry began when she noticed that different horses she rode were developing the same movement patterns.

After more than twenty years in veterinary practice, Lisa founded Equimech in 2015 — a business dedicated to helping riders achieve optimal function and performance.

Drawing on fully certified qualifications in Biomechanics, Neuromechanics, Advanced Equipilates, Strength & Conditioning Systems, and Equitation Science, Lisa offers a unique, evidence-based approach to horse and rider development.

Despite a packed schedule, Lisa continues to enjoy competing at local events and values the camaraderie within the equestrian community.
